The CREST Program (CRITICAL ENABLING SKILLS TRAINING) is an initiative of the Singapore Government through its Productivity & Standards Board in cooperation with other partner agencies in Japan, Britain, USA and Canada. CREST is designed to provide participants with seven critical skills for continuous learning and innovation in the knowledge age.
