While OTi Philippines continued to build on this service portfolio, it developed new service offerings aligned to emerging needs of its clients.  To do this, it regrouped itself under the following Centers of Excellence.

1. Center for Effective Organizations (CEO): focused on its core business of providingorganization development and human resource interventions such as Training & Development, Executive Search & Recruitment, and Psychometric Assessments.
   
2. Center for Executive Management Services (CEMS): focused on providing outsourcedbusiness development and executive services in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and human resource.
   
3. Center for Transformational Development (CTD): provides project management services in support of the millennium development goals (MDG) such as poverty reduction, education, andenvironmental sustainability.  Through the CTD, OTi has been able to provide institution-strengthening interventions to institutions such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Australian Aid, industry associations and non-profit organizations
